I think it’s safe to say that Bailey considers himself a connoisseur of dog treats, so I’m sure he was happy to hear he would be reviewing some new treats from Happy Tails Barkery. The treats Bailey tried were called ‘Dogs of the Desert’ which are really cute and colorful hand decorated treats. The owner, Holly, really came up with some cute designs, as I tried to show in this picture.

Home-made with All Natural Ingredients

As a dog lover, it’s really important to me that Bailey is eating foods that are good for him and these treats are no exception. Happy Tails Barkery treats are home-made, all natural treats, with ingredients like unsweetened applesauce, cinnamon, peanut butter and yogurt. There are absolutely no ingredients that could harm your pooch such as salt, sugar or food-dyes.

I don’t know about you, but I love supporting locally owned businesses and Happy Tails Barkery is homegrown. They are based here in Queen Creek, AZ and can be found all around the Valley at local farmers markets and dog events. And since they are here in Arizona, Happy Tails Barkery is proudly listed in our directory under dog bakeries.

The Test

So, what did Bailey think of ‘Dogs of the Desert’ treats? I think this picture just about sums it up! He loved them! Not only are they adorable, but Bailey thinks they taste pretty good too. As soon as I brought the bag over to him, he started salivating immediately! He didn’t have much patience during our photo shoot either, as I almost lost a few treats while I was trying to get the perfect picture.

They are a tad big, but no worries! I just broke them up in a couple pieces, which means more treats for Bailey, so I don’t think he’ll be upset about that.

In addition to Bailey trying out the treats, I also asked Cubby, my Mom’s dog, if he’d like to participate too. Cubby is a picky eater, so I thought he would be a good gauge for the treats. So, I can happily report both Bailey & Cubby approve of Happy Tails Barkery ‘Dogs of the Desert’ treats and would recommend them to your furry family members.
